FOR PRODUCT LEADERS IN COMPLEX ORGANISATIONS
The tools are getting faster.
Clarity doesn't scale.
I help product leaders and their teams find the human clarity that digital transformation tends to take away — so they can make better decisions, lead with intention, and go the distance.
You don't have a performance problem.
You have a clarity problem.
Everyone is moving faster. Tools are multiplying. Decisions are compressing. And somewhere in that acceleration, the most important question got lost:
“What are we actually building this for?”
Product leaders aren’t burning out because they’re weak.
They’re burning out because they’re running hard on terrain nobody mapped for them.
More speed. More tools. More transformation.
But less clarity on what matters.
That’s not a technology problem. That’s a human one.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR
If two of these felt uncomfortably accurate: You’re between clarity and complexity. And that gap is fixable.
THE FRAMEWORK
The Extra Mile Method
The extra mile was never about pushing harder.
It’s about being clear-headed enough to know what the next step actually is.
Ultrarunners who finish aren’t the fastest. They’re the clearest.
The same is true for product leaders in digital transformation.
01
Clarity
Know why you're running
Understand the real problem your product is solving not the assumed one.
03
Recovery
Stopping is part of performance
Know when slowing down is the right move, not a sign of weakness.
02
Rhythm
Find your pace, don't sprint
Make quality decisions consistently over time, not just in crisis moments.
04
Direction
Know where the course goes
Keep priorities stable even when everything around you is shifting.
WHAT I DO
Not just coaching. Not just consulting. Both, because the problem requires both.
Clarity Work
For the human side
For product leaders who are losing themselves in the transformation. We work on clarity, decision-making, and leading under pressure: with mental strength as the foundation.
What this looks like
→1:1 Coaching
→Reflection & Reset Sessions
→Leadership Workshops
Delivery Work
For the operational side
For teams that need help actually moving their product forward. I work hands-on: in the strategy, in the prioritisation, in the daily decisions that shape what gets built.
What this looks like
→Embedded Product Support
→Friction Diagnosis
→Execution Partnering
Both come from the same place. Clarity is always at the centre.
HOW WE START
A clear path. No mystery.
01
The Clarity Check
A free 5-minute diagnostic that shows you where you're losing clarity right now — across decisions, priorities, and direction.
02
The Extra Mile Session
90 minutes. We look at where you are — as a leader, as a team, as a product. You leave with a clear picture and one concrete next step. Fixed fee: €280
03
The Extra Mile Method
Three months of embedded support — coaching, product work, and operational clarity. For those ready to make the change that actually sticks.
→ Let's talk about this
The right conditions for this to work.
This is for you if…
→ You're a product leader or founder in a scaling or transforming organisation
→ You feel the speed of transformation in your body — and it's costing you
→ You want clarity, not another framework to manage
→ You're open to looking at the human side of your performance
→ You want a partner who works with you, not a consultant who writes reports
→ You're ready for honest conversations about what's actually happening
This is not for you if…
× You're looking for a quick fix or a motivational boost
× You want someone to hand you a strategy deck and leave
× You're not open to changing how you lead or work
× You want purely technical product consulting without the human layer
× Budget is your primary decision factor
“Not sure? Take the Extra Mile Score first. It will tell you.”
WHY ME
I know what it feels like
to wonder if you’ve done enough.
I’ve worked at Red Bull, adidas, Runtastic. I’ve been inside the complexity, the stakeholder pressure, the shifting priorities, the constant acceleration. I’ve been the person in the room trying to hold clarity while everything moved faster.
And I run ultramarathons. Not because it makes me tougher. Because it taught me something no framework ever could:
The people who go the distance aren’t the fastest. They’re the clearest.
They know what they’re running for. They know when to push and when to recover. They read the terrain instead of fighting it.
That’s what I bring into my work. Not more theory. Not another framework. A different way of seeing what’s actually happening and what it takes to keep going, sustainably, with your humanity intact.

WHAT OTHERS SAY
The first step costs nothing.
Losing clarity does.
No pitch. No pressure. One honest conversation.
